Talaria Physical Therapy at the races!
Had a blast meeting the runners of all levels who challenged themselves in this mile race.
Was able to talk Graston Technique, KT taping, DartFish Video analysis, orthotics, and performance training with some very motivated runners!
The Racefaster Mile was the perfect opportunity to learn how fast you can run a mile. Timing yourself on a track is just not the same as running a race, with all the adrenaline kicking in! Check out their upcoming races at http://www.racefaster.net/

Corporate Wellness Meets Running Analysis
Corporate Wellness Event - April 18-19th, 2018
Talaria Physical Therapy and Wellness offers a high-level, personalized running evaluation and education for runners of all levels who want to optimize their performance and prevent injury.
· Utilizes Dartfish Video Analysis System
· Complete Biomechanical exam including flexibility, range of motion, strength, balance, running specific functional movement assessment.
· 45 minutes for each participant
· Includes complete report, video links, corrective exercise instruction
· All sessions performed by fully licensed and insured Doctor of Physical Therapy in the state of New York and New Jersey.
