Had a blast meeting the runners of all levels who challenged themselves in this mile race.
Was able to talk Graston Technique, KT taping, DartFish Video analysis, orthotics, and performance training with some very motivated runners!

· Complete Biomechanical exam including flexibility, range of motion, strength, balance, running specific functional movement assessment.
